Payment Of Annual Subscription Fees And Procedure For Submission Of Deposit Slips

PAYMENT OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF DEPOSIT SLIPS

The Teachers Council of Malawi would like to remind all teachers and administrators that annual subscription fees for the 2025 – 26 financial year are due. All teachers and administrators are reminded to submit proof of payment to the council through the link provided below. Procedures and guidelines for submission are presented in the section below. We encourage all concerned individuals and institutions to adhere to the procedures to ensure that data is correctly captured. 

  1. Institutions that have made group payments on behalf of their teachers are required to submit the bank deposit slip, a list of teachers against the payment and their registration numbers to the following email address. systems@teacherscouncil.mw. At all times, head teachers and education administrators are required to display a list of individuals and their payment status in their offices for inspection.
  2. For individual teachers and administrators who have made payments on their own are required to submit their proof of payment by following the steps outlined below.
  • Visit TCM portal @ https://teacherscouncil.mw/  and login using your login details. In case you do not have login details please contact (265) 988 904 970 / (265) 994 261 132  
  • Click on submission and renewals
  • Click on payment and upload proof of payment
  • Click the submit button

Individual teachers and administrators are also required to submit a copy of the deposit slip or proof of payment to the head of the school to update records at school level.
