The Council is serviced by the Secretariat which is headed by the Registrar. The Registrar is the Chief Executive Officer of the Council and is responsible for day-to-day management of the Council’s operations and resources.

The Registrar is responsible for implementing policies and decisions of the Board and is supported by the Deputy Registrar and functional heads responsible for technical and administrative aspects of the Council.

The Director of Registration and Licensing manages teacher registration and licensing. The Director of Compliance monitors and enforces ethics and professional standards, supported by relevant managers and officers.

Additional support includes the Finance Manager, HR & Administration Manager, ICT Officer, Procurement Officer, Planning Officer, M&E Officer, Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement, and Internal Auditor.
