Corporate Services
The Corporate Services division of the Teachers Council of Malawi encompasses a range of essential administrative functions and support services vital for the efficient operation of the Council. These services include human resources management, financial oversight, procurement activities, legal compliance, and general administrative support. By managing these critical areas, the Corporate Services division ensures the smooth functioning of the Council, enabling it to effectively carry out its mandate of regulating the teaching profession in Malawi.

Finance Division
Finance Division responsible for the management and accounting for financial resources and assets
Human Resource and Administration Division
Human Resource and Administration Division responsible for human capital management and development and provision of general administrative support services.
Internal Audit Unit
The unit will ensure that the Council uses resources prudently and provide assurances for the efficacy of systems, procedures, controls and processes
Public Relations and Stakeholders Engagement
The Unit will be responsible for linking with various stakeholders including development partners, media and shareholder by facilitating information sharing to meet Government mandatory requirement for access to information by the public
ICT
The ICT department will play pivotal roles in supporting organizational technology, contributing to the advancement of education and professional standards in Malawi
